There were only 1,500 copies of this book printed in the 1st printing run, and this one is one of the very scarce 1st printing copies ordered before publication with the L. Frank Baum's estate-authorized facsimile signature on a label affixed to the half-title page and which is also signed in person by the illustrator, Tim Kirk, and also by David L. Greene, who selected and annotated the collection of fantasies. Fine, straight, clean & very tight (may be unread) book in a near fine plus dustjacket which is price intact, clean & has no chips or tears, but has a few very tiny rubs.
