The book is bound with dark grey boards with black spine cloth, and it is straight, tight and clean with no handwriting or soiling in it. It has bright yellow upper page edges, as called for. There is very slight darkening to the spine cloth. The dustjacket is price intact, bright, crisp, clean and unfaded. The 12 occupants of the Halloran mansion are awaiting the end of the world, believing they will be the only survivors of a general cataclysm. .
