Inscribed by Brinton to "Wolfie" Stolper on the front free endpaper in ink. Wolfgang Stolper, a noted professor of economics, was an instructor at Harvard at the time of this book's publication (1936). 102 pages with footnotes, 2 appendices, and index. An examination of the French Revolution and its ideas on the law of bastardy, law of nature, and revolutionary law.
