In Good Condition: edges of cover rubbed; tail of spine starting to fray; corners are rubbed through; one small scrape on front cover; covers are lightly soiled; soiling that primarily affects text, not illustrations; pp. 50, 51, and 118 scraped with small loss of text; pages are tight and illustrations are bright. An extremely scarce and charmingly illustrated children's book from the 1920s.. Good. Illus. by The Phillips.
