(11¼ inches). Full calf. The frontispiece is a wood engraving by Alexander Anderson of Moses found in the bulrushes. A very scarce, albeit incomplete, Bible from the first half of the 19th century by a lesser known Philadelphia publisher. In Poor Condition: both boards are detached and leather over spine is lacking; everything after the Apocrypha, that is the entire New Testament, is lacking (remaining text block is solid); foxing throughout..
