This pretty little book is bound in blue cloth with gilt embossed flower on the front and lettering on the spine. It is clean, straight & tight with light wear at spine ends and corners. On the rear pastedown is a library pocket, otherwise there are no other library markings. The dust jacket is price intact and clean. It has quite a bit of edgewear, chipping and tears that are internally mended. Three of Mary O'Neill's favorite people dance through the pages of the book, they are the Balloon Man, Paddy the Railroad-Crossing Watchman and the Hurdy-Gurdy Man. The charming illustrations are by Paul Galdone. ; B&W Illustrations; 9 1/2" x 6 1/2"; 64 pages .
