PLEASE NOTE -- We highly recommend that you select the 'expedited' shipping method for all time-sensitive orders. All expedited orders receive tracking numbers when shipped, and we will provide your tracking number to you by e-mail. All orders will be filled within two business days of our receipt of payment (most ship the next day). This means, if you order using credit card or PayPal, your books will be shipped within two business days of placing your order. For checks and money orders, your book will be shipped when payment clears at the bank.

We accept returns for full or partial refunds for the following reasons:

- order placed in error, or customer ordered wrong book (shipping not refundable);
- customer changes mind (shipping not refundable);
- seller error (i.e. misleading or inaccurate description) -- seller error will result in a full refund.
- damaged in transit (shipping and return shipping refundable)

Any returns must be requested within 10 days of order receipt. If your order is presumed lost, we will either work to find a replacement, or arrange to provide a full refund. In the event that your order was insured against loss or damage, you may be required to participate in the insurance claim process. Regardless of the result of this claim, if you do not receive your book, or a suitable replacement, we will refund your full purchase amount.
