Covers limited edition and commerative plates produce by Royal Copenhagen from 1888 through 1970. Plates are listed by year, each plate with a b&w photo and a description in both Danish and English. Preface in Danish and English. Listing of references. Unpaginated, but appears to be approximately 80-90 pp. No DJ, believed as-issued. Matte-finish grey paper over boards. About Near Fine, but the bit of soil to the spine tail knocks it down to VG+. Essential for the Royal Copenhagen plate collector. Quite scarce. ; B&W Photographs; tall 8vo 9" - 10" tall .

3. The China Students' Club: Reports of Ceramic Study 1948-1952


[Braintree, Mass.?]: China Students' Club , 1952. [4], 58, [2] p.: black-and-white photographs; 26 cm. (10¼ inches). Light blue paper covers printed in black. The cover and title page design is by Helen D. Foster. The inside of the front cover bears the bookplate of Mary E. Campbell. Apparently the publication of the China Students' Club of Braintree, Mass., this includes the various reports by members for 1948 to 1952. Among the more significant reports are: "Decorative Tiles: Their Place in Ceramic Art" by E. Stanley Wires; "The China Student in the Museum" by Bertram K. Little; "Portraits in the Ceramic Field" by Adelaide Althin Toombs; "Meissen" by Nina Fletcher Little; "Early New England Pottery in Kodachrome" by Lura Woodside Watkin. In Good+ Condition: the spine, upper edges, and fore-edges of the covers are significantly sunned; upper edges of the cover are creased; page corners are slightly creased; light foxing along the upper page margins; otherwise pages are clean and tight.. Good+.
